Job summary

XPT Software Australia PTY Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Salesforce specialist to design, configure, and customize solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and LWC/Apex.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, deliver integrations with external systems, and contribute to Agile/DevOps processes using Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD.

The role requires strong problem-solving, KPI knowledge, and the ability to attend cadence ceremonies and release cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience (LWC/Apex, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Knowledge of Agile software development
• DevOps experience with Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD
• Familiarity with COPADA
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce DX
• Knowledge of business processes KPIs and best practices

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce to support core business functions.
• Ensure Salesforce best-practices in configuration and customization.
• Provide detailed estimates for proposed solutions.
• Articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions.
• Develop, test and document custom development, integrations and data migration.
• Keep up with Salesforce product capabilities from releases.
