Job summary

Adactin in Sydney is seeking a QA professional with hands-on manual and automation testing experience in a dynamic technology environment. The role emphasizes Selenium automation, C# scripting, and Salesforce testing, with a focus on AI-related testing use cases and governance collaboration.

You will operate in a hybrid setup, collaborating with chapter teams, curating AI prompts, and sharing learnings while contributing to continuous improvement through robust test artifacts.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years hands-on manual testing experience.
• Must have 3+ years hands-on automation test scripting experience.
• Must have 1+ year hands-on Selenium experience.
• Must have 1+ year hands-on C# or similar experience.
• Must have 1+ year hands-on Salesforce testing experience.
• Able to work collaboratively with governance and cyber on AI initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Two days per week onsite in a standard working week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with governance and Cyber on AI-related initiatives as required.
• Support Chapter Members AI growth and learning.
• Curate effective AI prompts, patterns, and guardrails.
• Share AI learnings through demonstrations and hands-on sessions.
• Experiment with AI use cases relevant to the Chapter.
• Maintain and share AI artefacts (prompt libraries, guides, examples).

Highly desirable:

• ISTQB-F certification
• 1+ years’ hands-on .NET experience
• POM / DI for scripting experience
• Experience leveraging SQL, XML, JSON for Testing
• avoids duplication of AI effort
• ISTQB-TTA certification
• ISTQB-GenAI certification
• Atlassian JIRA experience
• SmartBear JIRA Zephyr Standard (for Test Case management) experience
• Atlassian Confluence experience
• Working knowledge of tools like Postman and SoapUI.
• Understands the principles of using Automation as part of a CI / CD pipeline
• Familiarity using AI to generate first draft Test scripts
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile 6.0
