Job summary

Highland Property in NSW is seeking a Sales Training & Performance Coordinator to support the growth of our sales teams. You will coordinate training programs, support onboarding, monitor activity and audit lead conversion performance across offices.

This role requires real estate experience, strong analytical skills, and confidence delivering training. You will liaise with Sales Managers, manage CRM training, and travel between Highland offices to deliver programs and guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management and CRM systems.
• Previous real estate experience in sales administration, sales support, operations or coordination.
• Current real estate registration or licence required by industry law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support training initiatives for sales agents and support staff across Highland offices.
• Assist in creating, maintaining and delivering training modules, onboarding materials, sales manuals and resources.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction training for new agents and staff.
• Schedule coaching sessions, workshops and development programs.
• Track completion of training and maintain training records.
• Audit lead management activity to ensure compliance with agency standards.
• Monitor lead response times, follow-up activity and conversion performance.
• Prepare regular reporting on lead conversion metrics and KPIs.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in agent and team performance.
• Partner with Sales Managers to provide insights from performance data.
• Provide day-to-day CRM system support and best-practice workflows.
• Assist with data quality reviews and system housekeeping.
