Job summary

Complete Home Filtration is seeking a Sales Team Leader to oversee an established outbound team of eight reps. The role focuses on coaching, analytics, and driving performance to scale a national brand in Australia.

You’ll leverage CRM data to optimize lead handling, scripts, and journey mapping, with an emphasis on results and a collaborative, growth-focused culture. This full-time position offers an attractive OTE range and the opportunity to own a high-performing team within a national brand

• Proven experience leading an outbound telesales or call center team.
• Strong track record of high performance in sales roles.
• Strong fluency with sales metrics, conversion data, and CRM insights.
• A coach-first mindset; set high standards and help people win.
• High energy, commercial sharp mindedness, and a passion for hitting targets.

• Lead and develop our outbound sales team, holding them accountable to targets and celebrating their success.
• Use call analytics, conversion trends, and CRM data to find hidden opportunities and optimise performance.
• Continuously improve scripts, lead distribution, and customer journeys to drive conversions.
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain high performing sales talent.
