Job summary

KPay Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the Australian sales team with high-volume recruitment. You’ll partner with hiring managers to source, screen and coordinate candidates, owning multiple vacancies in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key focus areas include building pipelines through LinkedIn, SEEK and referrals, conducting phone and video screens, coordinating interviews and offers, and maintaining accurate ATS records to drive KPIs.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years' recruitment experience.
• Sales, BD or high-volume recruitment preferred.
• Knows how to meet recruitment KPIs.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Organised, proactive and resilient.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK or ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct phone/video screens and assess candidate suitability.
• Manage candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and offers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records.
• Track recruitment activity and hiring KPIs.
• Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment needs.
