Job summary

CSR Springboard is seeking a Sales & Warehouse Support at the Trade Centre in Berrimah, NT. This full-time role reports to the Store Manager and supports both retail and warehouse operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will assist with product selection, process sales, and coordinate deliveries, while contributing to stock control and safety in the workplace. Training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, trade supplies, hardware or similar industries.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product selection and orders.
• Process sales, invoices and payments.
• Build strong relationships with trade customers.
• Coordinate customer collections and deliveries.
• Assist with stock control and warehouse activities.
• Operate a forklift and undertake loading/unloading duties.
• Maintain a safe and organised workplace.
