Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders from inbound customers (telephone and email).
• Provide outstanding customer service to Trade customers.
• Liaise with estimating, manufacturing, and logistics teams, as well as field sales members.
• Undertake administrative duties to assist the internal and external sales teams.
• Adhere to safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.

We’re looking for a proactive Internal Sales Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our sales operations—supporting our valued trade customers, processing orders with speed and accuracy, and keeping everything running like clockwork.

The Opportunity

As part of our internal sales team, and located at our corporate Head Office in Gepps Cross, you will provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and service, process orders and collaborate with our external sales team!

Duties will include:

• Enter and process orders from inbound customers (telephone and email)
• Providing outstanding customer service to our Trade customers
• Liaise with various internal departments such as estimating, manufacturing, and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
• Undertaking administrative duties to assist the internal and external sales team
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
