Elders Insurance Rockhampton agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Support Officer to strengthen the existing team. You will be fully trained and mentored in company practices, handling office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control.

There are opportunities to be trained in other areas such as claims and sales as part of your development, with a supportive team and a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general insurance is preferred but not required.
• High level of computer literacy and accurate data input.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Police clearance and ASIC clearances to be obtained.
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in AFSL FSRA Insurance required or in progress.

Responsabilités

Elders Insurance is one of Australia’s largest regional and rural insurance services and operates an agency network distributing general insurance products to regional and rural clients.

Fairley Investments Pty Ltd T/A Elders Insurance Rockhampton is the Elders Insurance agency in Rockhampton where we currently have an opportunity for an Insurance Sales Support Officer.

The role

We are looking for a newSALES SUPPORT OFFICERto add value to our already successful team. You will be fully trained and mentored in company practices. Duties will include:

Office administration, telephone enquiries, and credit control.

Opportunities exist to be trained in other areas of the business including claims and sales.

You

To be successful in this role you must be able to:

Display a knowledge of general insurance (preferred but not required).

Display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input.

Have good communication skill and organisational skills.

Obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances.

Obtain or have already Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance.

You will also have the following qualities:

Customer service and the ability to manage your own time well and to targets.

Concern for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
