BlueScope Building Components is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join the National Sales team in Minchinbury, NSW. This permanent full-time role reports to the Sales Effectiveness Lead and supports national accounts across sales, customer service, marketing, and operations.

You will coordinate orders, maintain CRM/ERP data, prepare reports, and drive process improvements while building strong stakeholder relationships and broadening commercial capability within sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, account support or administration in a commercial environment.
• Strong digital capability navigating Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and customer portals.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate national account requirements with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer commitments.
• Monitor customer orders, delivery performance and service requirements; proactively follow through on issues.
• Investigate and coordinate resolution of customer claims, invoicing discrepancies and other account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate information across CRM, ERP, e-commerce and customer portal systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations and supporting materials for sales teams, leadership and customer engagements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working to support better customer and business outcomes.

The Opportunity

BlueScope Building Components is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the National Sales Team based in Minchinbury, NSW. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

This is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the Sales Effectiveness Lead, you will become a trusted partner to our National Sales, Innovation and Design Solutions teams.

Supporting our key national accounts, you’ll work across sales, customer service, marketing and broader business functions, combining customer and account support with systems coordination, reporting and process improvement.

What Will You Do?

Working closely with our National Account Managers and broader sales teams, you’ll play an important role in supporting national customers and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will:

• partner with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate national account requirements and deliver customer commitments
• monitor customer orders, delivery performance and service requirements, proactively following through on issues and actions
• investigate and coordinate the resolution of customer claims, invoicing discrepancies and other account-related enquiries
• manage and maintain accurate information across CRM, ERP, e-commerce and customer portal systems
• prepare reports, presentations and supporting materials for sales teams, leadership and customer engagements
• identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, bringing forward practical solutions that support better customer and business outcomes

You’re a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership. Comfortable working across different teams and systems, you’ll bring:

• experience in sales support, customer service, account support, administration or a similar commercial environment
• strong digital and systems capability, with the confidence to navigate Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and customer portal systems
• strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build credible and collaborative relationships
• commercial awareness and a customer-centric mindset, with the focus on delivering positive customer and business outcomes
• strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to identify issues and recommend practical solutions
• excellent organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills, combined with an adaptable and continuous improvement mindset.
