Job summary

Arthrex is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to grow our Sports Medicine portfolio in the NSW South Coast region, including Shellharbour and Nowra. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and theatre staff, promote solutions, and deliver clinically informed value while supporting new product launches.

The role combines clinical insight with commercial acumen, reporting to a Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Sciences or related discipline.
• Previous healthcare sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promote Arthrex products addressing customer pain points.
• Identify customer needs; generate leads and present product information.
• Provide in-theatre clinical support and in-servicing for customers; support product launches.
• Develop and implement strategic territory sales and performance plans.

About the Role

Combining clinical expertise with commercial acumen, the Associate Sales Representative is responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering value-driven solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals. Supporting Arthrex's industry-leading Sports Medicine portfolio, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to both customer success and ongoing business growth.

Reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:

• Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer’s pain points
• Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
• Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches
• Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans

About the Requirements

• Degree qualifications in Health Sciences or a related discipline
• Previous sales experience within the healthcare industry would be highly regarded
• Would also suit commercially minded Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, Orthopaedic Theatre Nurses, and other healthcare professionals looking to transition into a sales career
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships
• Collaborative team player with a relationship-focused approach to customer engagement
• Strategic thinker who can confidently challenge and influence customers to achieve positive outcomes
• Excellent communication, organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer and clinical outcomes
