Youi Insurance in Sunshine Coast, Australia is seeking a motivated sales-focused team member for a part-time in-office role at Sippy Downs. You’ll speak with customers over the phone, guiding them through cover options and costs while following scripts and workflows.

The position runs at full-time tempo with back-to-back calls, regular coaching, and a clear target structure. After 3 weeks of full-time training, you’ll transition to part-time hours with ongoing development and incentives.

Job description

You’ll love this role if you’re naturally good with people and want to get paid properly for it.

Customers have already started their quote. Your job is to pick up the phone and guide them through the rest. You’ll follow structured scripts, keep conversations moving and close confidently when it’s right.

This isn’t a cruisy part-time role. It runs at the same tempo as full-time sales. Back-to-back calls, clear targets and regular coaching. With paid training and regular coaching, you’ll get sharper at handling objections, guiding decisions closing confidently and, you’ll see it reflected in your commission.
