Job summary

Trilogy Care Pty in Brisbane is seeking a driven Sales & Engagement professional to help expand our aged care solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, build rapport with clients, and guide decision-making with warmth and clarity.

This office-based role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with strong earnings linked to new client acquisition, supported by a warm leads network and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, customer engagement, or client relations.
• A confident and calm phone presence.
• Ability to connect emotionally, read between the lines, and guide decisions.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Proven success in sales, customer engagement, or client relations

• Comfortable working to KPIs, but with quality always front of mind
• Experience in aged care, health, or community services is valued - but not essential
• CRM familiarity
