Job summary

This is a full-time position based on-site, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and building strong relationships with our valued customers. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, providing them with expert advice, product information, and tailored solutions to meet their building needs. This role is essential to our commercial success and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Providing expert product knowledge and technical advice to customers to support their building projects
• Preparing accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer specifications and requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling additional products to existing clients
• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records and sales data in company systems
• Contributing to the achievement of team and individual sales targets
