Criterion Industries is seeking a full-time Internal Sales Rep to join our vibrant team at the Epping, VIC office. This entry-level role offers a structured path into sales, with ongoing training and support from experienced staff as you build relationships with potential clients in the building industry.

You will proactively contact prospects, manage CRM activity, and collaborate with the Sales team to reach revenue targets while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Accurately track activity and pipeline metrics in our CRM
• Work closely with the Sales team to support revenue targets
• Deliver a high level of customer service while building and maintaining client relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
• Assist with basic proposals and presentations where required

Requirements

As an Internal Sales Rep, you’ll get to:
