Job summary

Wurth is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our Automotive Division in Geraldton, selling our extensive range of tools, fasteners and consumables. This field-based role requires visiting 15+ customers daily, building relationships, and driving growth while meeting sales KPIs.

We offer training and a comprehensive package including a company vehicle, mobile devices, and ongoing development. Applicants should be ready for some overnight travel and to engage with a diverse customer

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our Automotive Division inGeraldton, selling our extensive product range of tools, fasteners and consumables.This role will require overnight travel (5 overnights per month).

Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working Monday to Friday in a fully field-based role, visiting 15+ customers daily across your designated territory
• Maintaining and growing an established customer base
• Actively seeking new business opportunities
• Building strong working relationships and rapport with customers
• Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries
• Working to sales and customer KPIs

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A Full driver’s license

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships
• The ability to work autonomously, be highly organised and self-motivated
