We didn't just start selling concrete grinders, we built the first one ourselves!
Born from our founders’ frustration with an underperforming machine, we set out to build something better from the ground up — creating technology so compelling that it was ultimately acquired by a global brand. We took that same drive and built WORX+ into the name Australian contractors now trust for diamond tooling, machinery and floor treatments, all designed and manufactured in-house.
Every contractor's job site is different — different concrete, different finish, different problem to solve — and our reps earn trust by working out what actually gets the best result, not just what's easiest to sell. This is a hands-on industry, and we're a hands-on company — no two days look the same, and we back the people who go out and solve real problems for real customers.
We are after a driven Sales Representative tobuild relationships, understanding what each customer is wanting to achieve, and putting forward the right tooling, machinery and floor treatment solution to get them there. The working week will consist of two days in the Homebush West factory and the other three days will be on the road looking after your territory covering Northern Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter Region and Mid North Coast.
Building genuine, lasting relationships with decision makers and end users, the kind that keep coming back because you got it right for them.
Diagnosing the real problem and recommending a solution that actually fits the job, not just whatever's easiest to sell.
Turning objections into opportunities and closing deals with confidence.
Holding your own in a straight-talking conversation on-site, you know your product, you listen, and you don't waffle.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Hands-on and physically capable, loading, unloading and demoing equipment on-site is part of the job.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Flexibility to travel. This is a defined NSW territory, so regular driving to customer sites is part of the day-to-day.
Uncapped performance incentives on top of your base. You are rewarded for what you close, not capped on how far you can run.
Real training and career development. We invest in growing our people into genuine product and application experts, not just quota-hitters.
Your own fully set-up NSW territory, company vehicle, phone, laptop and fuel card provided from day one.
A tight-knit, collaborative team that backs you to succeed, not a sink-or-swim sales floor.
Team birthday celebrations (because we actually like each other).
Join a business with real R&D and manufacturing behind it, you're selling solutions you understand, not just a catalogue.
If you'd rather solve a customer's problem than just make a sale, thrive on the hunt, and want a company that backs its people, this role is for you!
