Griffon ANZ is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to service the Melbourne Metro North region. You’ll manage a territory, build relationships with retailers such as Bunnings, and drive sales with hands-on merchandising and superb customer service.

This role offers autonomy, a flexible daily structure, and a clear path to career growth, with a company car, mobile phone, and quarterly commissions to reward performance.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned your own territory, travelling between Bunnings stores to deliver hands‑on merchandising, provide exceptional customer service, and build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore regional travel when required.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager for mentoring and guidance.

Your Day to Day

You will be assigned your own territory, travelling between Bunnings stores to deliver hands‑on merchandising, provide exceptional customer service, and build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Customer service-oriented role
• Flexibility in how you work
• Set hours with strong day‑to‑day autonomy
• Represent exciting, well‑known products and brands
• Explore new places with opportunities for regional travel (may be required, all expenses covered)
• Work closely with your team while being mentored by your Field Sales Manager
• Monday to Friday Hours: 8 am – 4 pm
• No after‑hours work
