Job summary

ShoreWorX, a leader in the shoring industry, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will nurture long-term relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and deliver solution-based selling to expand market share.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will engage with civil contractors, provide excellent service, and contribute to a fast-paced growth agenda while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development and sales.
• Experience in the Civil Construction or related industries.
• Strong background in account management and building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
• Experience working with Tier 1 Civil Contractors and understanding their compliance needs will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of profitable new clients.
• Strengthen existing B2B relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Leverage your professional selling skills to exceed targets. Keep abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
