JJ’s Waste & Recycling is seeking a Sales Representative to support depot operations in the Sunshine Coast region. The role requires adaptability, strong customer service, and the ability to grow the customer base while defending and upselling services.

You will work autonomously within a supportive team, travel regionally, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture in an essential services business with long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Be driven and ambitious, enjoy the thrill of winning new business and nurturing customers.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and be well-presented.
• Outgoing by nature with a focus on customer service.
• Previous face-to-face selling experience is highly regarded.
• Able to work autonomously while contributing to a larger team.

• Own roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Dedicated and reliable in an essential services environment.
• Well-developed people and relationship skills.
