About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Person to join our team at our Noosaville store. This is a full-time position where you will be at the heart of our retail operations, delivering outstanding service to our customers and driving sales growth. As a Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in representing YardWorx Equipment and ensuring every customer receives expert guidance and support in selecting the products that best suit their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and attentive customer service to clients visiting the store, assisting them in selecting appropriate equipment and products
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and professionally, utilising point-of-sale systems and processing payments
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current inventory, pricing, promotions and special offers
• Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, organising displays and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Answer customer enquiries regarding product specifications, availability and delivery options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment
• Recommend products based on customer requirements and budget considerations

• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in sales or customer service roles
