• Own Salesforce data quality and maintain prospect database integrity.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including creating, updating, merging, and reactivating records.
• Monitor data synchronization between Salesforce and Outreach; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with onboarding and maintain process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
