Logical Executive Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Commercial Operations Leader to own the back-end function, heading a small team and driving alignment across sales, product, procurement, warehouse, and finance. You will lead end-to-end account management, contracts, pricing, rebates, onboarding/offboarding, and timelines, while building scalable processes and systems to remove inefficiencies and reduce reliance on individuals.

The Role:

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take full ownership of the back-end commercial function, leading a small team while driving alignment across sales, product, procurement, warehouse, and finance.

You will:

• Lead and develop the Sales Support team (3 direct reports) Set clear priorities, lift capability, and create a high-accountability environment
• Own end-to-end account management (back-end) Contracts, pricing, rebates, onboarding/offboarding, and timelines
• Drive tender and major opportunity execution Ensure inputs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time across the business
• Act as the central link across functions Align teams and push for delivery — not just pass information along
• Align stock and supply with sales commitments Work closely with procurement and warehouse to prevent gaps or overstock
• Build scalable processes and systems Standardise workflows, remove inefficiencies, and reduce reliance on individuals

• Sales leadership is free from admin and internal chasing
• Tenders are delivered on time, without last-minute pressure
• Customer onboarding is smooth and frictionless
• Internal teams are aligned before issues impact customers
