Job summary

Akzo Nobel is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join our ANZ commercial team, driving data integrity, reporting, and sales support across the business. You will work in a structured environment, balancing independent work with cross-functional collaboration.

You will maintain CRM data, produce regular sales reports across states, distributors, and product categories, support ordering and invoicing processes, and assist with budgets and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and reporting.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across states, distributors, and product categories.
• Coordinate export orders and container movements; liaise with customers, distributors, warehouses, and freight partners.
• Issue invoices, process credits, and monitor monthly billing for central customers.
• Provide general administrative support to the commercial team.
