Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a highly organized CI Sales Coordinator for our Construction Industries team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. You will support sales reps, internal teams and customers to move new equipment orders smoothly across documentation, delivery updates and system records.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced administration, sales coordination, customer service, trade, workshop, parts, service or equipment support role.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and process equipment sales orders from order entry through to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records across sales, inventory, customer and financial systems including DEX, HD360, AX.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, workshops, logistics and transport.
• Monitor customer orders and communicate updates, risks, delays or changes to ensure a strong customer experience.
• Support data quality, system updates and compliance requirements.
• Assist with customer touchpoints, handover coordination and post-sale administration.
• Contribute to process improvement across the CI Sales Coordination team.
