A leading fintech company in Sydney is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to enhance sales processes. This role requires managing data, supporting the sales team, and ensuring accuracy. About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to streamline our sales processes, manage data in our CRM, prospect for new clients and support the sales team with actionable insights and operational efficiency. You’ll play a crucial role in improving our sales velocity, accuracy, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
• Generate reports and dashboards for Sales leadership.
• Support quote-to-cash processes including pricing, deal desk, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Finance, and Customer Success for cross-functional alignment.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years experience in Sales, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM management.
• Strong understanding of Excel and reporting tools in Excel
• Attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills.
