Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or sales administration.
• Confidence speaking with customers and developing new business.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and computer skills.
• Willingness to work across office and warehouse.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up to secure orders.
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for further sales.
• Contact prospective customers and conduct sales visits.
• Process orders accurately and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate deliveries with the team and resolve customer enquiries.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders.
• Receive incoming goods and assist with stock checks.
• Load, unload and move stock using a forklift.
• Help maintain a safe and organised warehouse.
• Prepare invoices and maintain accurate sales and account records.
• Follow up outstanding payments and assist with customer account enquiries.
• Complete general office administration and maintain relevant paperwork.
