Nutrien Water Rockhampton is seeking a safety-focused sales professional to join our team, delivering irrigation, pumping and filtration solutions to retail and trade customers.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will handle inquiries across phone, email, instore and on-site visits, prepare estimates, support project pricing, manage stock and invoicing while building strong client relationships in a safety-conscious environment.

Formación

• Experience in the irrigation industry including irrigation, pumping and/or filtration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation products and systems.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, in-store and on-site environments.
• High quality customer service with a client-focused approach.
• Experience and passion for sales and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain safety-focused practices.
• Forklift license is required or willing to obtain one.
• Clean and current driver’s license is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Retail and trade sales on irrigation, pumping, mining and filtration products.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, site visits and in-store.
• Prepare estimates and assist with project pricing and product selection.
• Conduct stocktakes and invoicing.
• Support warehouse/dispatch activities including deliveries.
• Participate in training and development as needed.

We are well positioned for growth and currently offer a great opportunity for a safety-focused sales professional to join our Nutrien Water Rockhampton team.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be exposed to various areas of the business including but not limited to.

• Retail and trade sales on a variety of products within our water business including irrigation, pumping, mining and filtration
• Answering customer enquires via phone calls, emails, site visits and instore with an emphasis on growing trade sales
• Preparing estimates and assisting with project pricing and product selection
• Stocktakes
• Invoicing
• Warehouse/dispatch activities including customer deliveries
• This role is diverse and extensive training will be provided

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in the irrigation industry, in similar or other roles
• Experience within the irrigation industry (commercial, domestic, turf or related sectors)
• Strong product and system knowledge across irrigation, pumping and/or filtration solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer enquiries across phone, email, in-store and on-site environments
• High quality customer service
• Experience and a passion for sales and building client relationships
• Ability to work in a team
• Can do attitude - eager to learn and grow
• Ability to work effectively in a safety-focused environment
• Either hold or be willing to obtain a forklift license.
• Clean and current driver’s license is essential for this role.
