Pilatus Aircraft Australia Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing and Sales Support professional to help deliver sales and marketing activities for our Business Aviation team.

You will gain exposure to customer relationship management, marketing communications, sales operations, brand promotion, customer events and stakeholder engagement while working alongside experienced aviation professionals.

Qualificações

• Recent qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or related field.
• Experience in customer service, administration, sales support or marketing coordination.
• Exposure to CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of sales and marketing initiatives across the Australian Business Aviation team.
• Maintain and manage customer information within Salesforce, ensuring accurate records.
• Assist with Salesforce administration, reporting, data quality and user management.
• Coordinate customer communications, promotional materials, publications and marketing collateral.
• Assist with planning and delivery of customer events, training activities, meetings and sales functions.
• Coordinate travel, appointments, calendars and logistics for the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Manage inventory and distribution of Pilatus merchandise and customer gifts.
• Support customer engagement activities and contribute to a premium customer experience.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a key role supporting the delivery of sales and marketing activities across the Business Aviation team. You'll gain exposure to customer relationship management, marketing communications, sales operations, brand promotion, customer events and stakeholder engagement while working alongside experienced aviation professionals.

As one of the first points of contact for customers, visitors and business partners, you'll also help create a professional and welcoming experience that reflects the premium Pilatus brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sales and marketing initiatives across the Australian Business Aviation team.
• Maintain and manage customer information within Salesforce, ensuring accurate account, contact, lead and opportunity records.
• Assist with Salesforce administration, reporting, data quality and user management activities.
• Coordinate customer communications, promotional materials, publications and marketing collateral.
• Assist with planning and delivery of customer events, training activities, meetings and sales functions.
• Coordinate travel, appointments, calendars and logistics for the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Manage inventory and distribution of Pilatus promotional merchandise and customer gifts.
• Support customer engagement activities and contribute to the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Customer & Business Support

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and business partners.
• Manage reception activities, incoming calls and general enquiries.
• Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure a professional front-office experience.
• Coordinate mail, courier services and visitor facilities.
• Ensure reception and customer areas consistently reflect the high standards of the Pilatus brand.

You are organised, customer-focused and eager to develop your career in a commercial environment. You enjoy building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities and delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Recent qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service, administration, sales support or marketing coordination roles.
• Exposure to CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, would be highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings or stakeholder activities is desirable.
