Job summary

SKZ Holding Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to grow our customer base in mining and industrial sectors. You will manage existing accounts, win new ones, and match lubricants to equipment with support from our technical team.

We offer flexible pay structures with base plus commission or commission-only for contractors, uncapped earnings, and a small collaborative team environment that values hands-on customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within mining or industrial supply (lubricants, filtration, MRO, parts).
• Existing contacts with site maintenance, procurement, fleet managers, or workshop owners in WA.
• Good communication skills and a self-driven approach.
• Knowledge of oil specifications or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Job description

SKZ is a Perth lubricants supplier based in Canning Vale. We supply engine, gear and hydraulic oils, coolants and greases to mining and drilling operations, transport fleets, farms and automotive workshops across WA. We're looking for a Sales Representative to grow our customer base. Full-time or part-time considered.

About the role

• Look after existing accounts and open new ones
• Focus on the market you know best: mining, drilling and heavy equipment; transport and fleet operators; or automotive workshops
• Match the right lubricant to each customer's equipment, backed by our technical team
• Run product trials and follow up on supply

Who we're looking for (any one of these backgrounds)

• Sales experience in mining, drilling, heavy equipment or industrial supply (lubricants, filtration, MRO, parts)
• Experience with transport or fleet operations: fleet maintenance, workshop or parts supply to fleets
• Automotive trade background: ex-mechanic or HD fitter, parts counter, or trade sales to workshops
• Existing contacts with site maintenance or procurement people, fleet managers or workshop owners in WA

You'll also need

• A current driver's licence and willingness to visit customers in person
• Good communication skills and a self-driven approach
• Knowledge of oil specifications (API, ACEA, OEM approvals), or willingness to learn
