Great Western Kia in Penrith is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team at our award-winning dealership. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting factory KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales management with a track record of success.
• Strong leadership abilities to coach and motivate your team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• A solid understanding of dealership sales processes and KPIs.
• Strong organizational skills, especially in stock management.
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding results.
• Previous Kia experience is a plus.
