Job summary

MakeMark Intelligence Global Holdings Ltd in Sydney seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive growth across Australia. You will develop strategies, engage clients in IT and F&B, and promote our POS and CRM solutions to diverse market segments.

The role demands a proven sales track record, stakeholder relationship skills, and willingness to travel domestically. You will report to the Hong Kong office and collaborate with product and support teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in IT or F&B sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and market penetration in Australia.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including F&B businesses, to promote POS and CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to the Hong Kong office.
• Collaborate with product development and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with local digital media agencies to promote the company and its products.
