MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is recruiting for its Sales & Leadership Graduate Program in the Wide Bay region, with placements in Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Bundaberg. You don’t need a university degree or electrical industry experience; attitude, ambition and willingness to learn matter most.

The program rotates through Operations, Internal Sales, Administration & Commercial, Projects & Purchasing and External Sales, plus tailored courses in sales, leadership and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Attitude, ambition and willingness to learn are valued over formal qualifications.
• Interest in sales and business, with a proactive mindset and drive.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a rotation through Operations, Internal Sales, Administration & Commercial, Projects & Purchasing and External Sales to build experience across the business.
• Complete tailored courses in sales, leadership, negotiation and financial management, plus product training and graduate networking.
