Job summary

Briscoe Search & Consulting is seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee an established industrial B2B sales function in Western Australia. You will lead both external and internal teams, build structure, coach staff, and drive CRM discipline to fuel repeatable growth.

In this leadership role, you will balance protecting existing customers with pursuing new opportunities, improve pricing discipline and contract SLAs, and guide the team from winning to retaining and expanding key accounts.

Qualifications

• Led an industrial B2B sales team and drove disciplined growth.
• Built or rebuilt a scalable sales function with improved governance.
• Experience across mining, construction, agriculture, oil and gas, or heavy industry beneficial.
• Interest in AI, automation and modern ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead both external and internal sales teams and drive accountability.
• Build structure, coach people and sharpen CRM and pipeline discipline.
• Balance protection of existing customers with growth through new opportunities.
• Strengthen pricing discipline and SLAs, and manage major contracts.
• Create a clear path from winning a customer to retaining, expanding and advocacy.
