Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and lead moments that deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach Team Members, model brand values, and help create an inclusive, high-performing environment during each shift.

Responsibilities include zone management, coaching, cash handling, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll support product launches, restocks, and training, while tracking KPIs and fostering a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop Team Members on the sales floor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service and modelling behavior for the team.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations include opening/closing, cash accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards and store policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving KPIs, track sales, set goals, and celebrate wins.
• Partner with leaders to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to inspire a positive, inclusive culture and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
