Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Sales Estimator for a custom residential builder in South West Sydney. You will review drawings, prepare estimates for new homes, price materials, labour, and variations, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.

This is ideal for someone with around 2 years’ estimating experience who wants broader exposure in the custom homes space. You’ll work across multiple projects up to $1.5M, with attention to detail and the ability to manage pricing

Qualifications

• Around 2 years’ residential estimating experience.
• Good understanding of residential construction.
• Experience with RSLs, variations and general residential estimating.
• Project homebuilder or medium-sized builder experience would suit.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs.

I'm looking for a Sales Estimator to join a custom residential builder based in South West Sydney.
This is a good opportunity for someone with around 2 years’ estimating experience who has a solid understanding of residential construction and wants to broaden their experience rather than being stuck doing the same type of estimating process day in, day out.
The business is open to candidates from project homebuilders or medium sized builders, but you’ll need to have a good understanding of the wider estimating process, and keen to progress in a career within the custom homes space.
