Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Sales Estimator to join a South West Sydney custom homes builder. You’ll prepare sales estimates, review drawings, and price materials and labour for new homes up to $1.5M.

The ideal candidate has around 2 years’ residential estimating experience, understands foundations and RSLs/variations, and can manage multiple estimates across a small team. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• The role requires approximately 2 years of residential estimating experience.
• Experience with RSLs, variations and general residential estimating is essential.
• Good understanding of foundations and residential construction is required.
• Candidates who understand more than one estimating process will excel.
• Project homebuilder or medium-sized builder experience would suit the role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates is needed.

I'm looking for a Sales Estimator to join a custom residential builder based in South West Sydney.

This is a good opportunity for someone with around 2 years’ estimating experience who has a solid understanding of residential construction and wants to broaden their experience rather than being stuck doing the same type of estimating process day in, day out.

The business is open to candidates from project homebuilders or medium sized builders, but you’ll need to have a good understanding of the wider estimating process, and keen to progress in a career within the custom homes space.
