Job summary

Coral Homes is seeking a Sales Estimator to deliver accurate tenders, contracts, variations and sales costings for our residential projects. You will work closely with our Sales, Construction and Head Office teams to resolve costing issues and ensure compliance with building standards and developer requirements.

Based at our Varsity Lakes Head Office, this full-time role runs 8:30am–5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am–4pm Fridays, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional internal customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role; entry-level applicants welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and residential building practices.
• Trade or tertiary qualification in construction (desirable).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using Framework (desirable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working closely with our Sales, Construction and Head Office teams, you'll investigate and resolve costing issues, ensure compliance with building standards and developer requirements, and provide exceptional internal customer service throughout the pre-construction journey.

Reporting to our Sales Estimating Manager, you would be an integral member of our Operations team. This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Varsity Lakes, working 8:30am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30am - 4pm Fridays.

The Role - Sales Estimator

About You
