Job summary

FJDynamics is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge cutting-edge technology with the global market. You will partner with the sales team on customer visits, deliver technical demonstrations, and design custom workflows for key accounts in precision farming and turf applications.

You will lead regular distributor training programs and oversee regional service networks to ensure high standards of delivery and support, while gathering market intelligence for R&D and sales planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Electronics, Agricultural Machinery, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support or sales engineering within the Lawn Mower (OPE) or Agricultural Machinery industries.
Strong hardware–software integration knowledge; ability to translate technical jargon into clear customer value.

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team on customer visits, delivering professional product demonstrations and technical presentations to address concerns and accelerate deal closures.
Design customized installation and operational workflows for key accounts or specialized applications such as precision farming or large-scale commercial turf.
Design and deliver regular technical training programs for distributors and dealers to enhance independent sales and maintenance capabilities.
Oversee the regional technical service network to ensure partners meet brand standards for delivery and service.
