Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets, KPIs and store performance, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve results.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team, setting clear expectations and building a culture focused on performance and accountability.
• Deliver excellent customer service with knowledgeable, professional advice to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
• Oversee rostering, staffing, stock control, merchandising and daily operational requirements to keep the store running efficiently.
• Monitor performance and implement practical strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build local customer relationships with traders and the community to grow the store's customer base.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, stock availability, workplace safety and operational standards.
• Lead from the front by staying hands-on on the shop floor and setting the example.
