Flower Power in Sydney’s Garden Centre in Taren Point is seeking a Full Time Sales & Dock Person to engage with customers and support yard operations.

You will receive deliveries, manage stock, maintain displays, and work flexible retail hours; forklift licence required; equal opportunity employer.

Flower Power is Australia’s leading Garden & Landscape Centre group, proudly serving Sydney and Maitland with both retail and wholesale operations. We’re passionate about plants, people, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. We are now recruiting for a Full Time Sales & Dock Person for our Garden Centre in Taren Point.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands-on sales role, you will engage with customers, understand their landscaping needs, and recommend suitable yard products.

You will also receive and check incoming stock, assist with unloading and storage, replenish product displays, and maintain accurate stock levels while keeping the yard safe, clean, organised, and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities:

Receiving and processing deliveries

Maintaining stock control

General operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the landscape yard.

About you:

Experience working in landscape.

Enjoy working outdoors and as a part of a team.

Display initiative.

A valid forklift licence is required

Flexibility working across retail trading hours, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
