Happytel is seeking a Smartphone Specialist/Sales Assistant to join our Geelong team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating products, and helping customers maximize device features in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll assist with basic smartphone repairs, support the store manager in daily operations, and handle orders both in person and by phone while maintaining attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
