Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort in Queensland is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our experienced sales team. You’ll respond to event and group enquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate client site inspections across the resort.

You will build strong client relationships, work with operations to ensure smooth handovers, maintain our CRM, support sales campaigns, and help drive revenue targets while learning and growing in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for building a career in hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Hospitality, events or administration experience is a plus but not essential.
