Spotlight is seeking an in-home sales professional in Australia to leverage hot leads from the national service centre and grow a local customer base while delivering high-quality service and tailored product recommendations. You will match products to customer needs, record specifications, and drive KPIs in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s licence, and IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Retail and/or showroom experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Pro-active mindset and ambition to succeed.
• Willingness to work every second Saturday.
• Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous.
• IT proficiency with Windows-based programs.
