Job summary

Teralume Industries is seeking a results-driven sales consultant to turn inbound enquiries into XGO package builds. You’ll respond by phone, email, and in person, run vehicle consultations, and quote the right trays, canopies, power and accessories.

You’ll follow up on quotes, manage your pipeline in Zoho CRM, and work with our Customer Service and Install teams to match builds to customer vision. A minimum of five years in sales and a passion for learning technical products will help you

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience with end-to-end deal ownership ( enquiry to close ).
• Ability to ask good questions and listen to answers.
• Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
• Comfort with learning technical products and translating them to customers.

Our customers come to us. Your job is to turn their enquiries into builds they'll love.

At Teralume Industries, people contact us because they've already decided they want a proper setup: a tray and canopy for adventuring, a full lithium power system for a lap of Australia, or set up for their day-to-day work. You'll take those enquiries, work out exactly what each customer needs, design the right XGO package with them, and manage the sale through to the day they drive away.

What you'll actually do

Respond to inbound enquiries by phone, email and in person when customers are in our showroom.

Run consultations to understand how the customer uses their vehicle, then spec and quote the right combination of trays, canopies, power and accessories.

You'll do well here if you

Have at least five years in a sales role where you managed deals from enquiry to close (automotive, trade, building or other considered purchases are ideal)

Ask good questions and actually listen to the answers.

Keep your pipeline organised and follow up without needing reminders.

Are comfortable learning technical products. You don't need to be a mechanic, just curious.

Bonus: you own a 4WD, go camping, or have worked in automotive, 4WD or recreation.
