Frontline Recruitment Group in Grays Point NSW is seeking an experienced Lift Sales & Estimator to join a growing team on a full-time basis. The role blends sales, estimating, quoting and pricing for lift projects, with site visits and travel as required, and a strong emphasis on client liaison and accurate pricing.

The successful candidate will review plans, develop lift solutions, prepare detailed quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in the lift industry or related mechanical/electrical fields is required.
• Experience estimating lifts or electrical systems and pricing.
• Strong ability to interpret plans and drawings and convert to quotes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate estimates, quotes and pricing for lift projects.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lift Sales & Estimator to join a well-established and growing business on a full-time basis. This is a varied role suited to someone with experience in the lift industry, particularly across sales, estimating, quoting and pricing. You will play an important role in preparing accurate and competitive quotes, working closely with clients and internal teams, and attending sites to understand project requirements. The roleis primarily office-based Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available. Regular site travel will also be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, quotes and pricing for lift projects
• Review project plans, specifications and scope of works
• Assess lift requirements and develop appropriate solutions for clients
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams
• Attend site visits to assess project requirements and gather relevant information
• Review project costs, materials, labour and associated requirements
• Ensure pricing is accurate, commercially sound and aligned with project specifications
• Identify potential pricing issues, variations and risks
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotes and project information
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation and project handover
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within the lift industry or mechanical and electrical
• Previous experience estimating lifts or electrical systems
• Experience across lift sales, estimating, quoting or project pricing
• Strong understanding of lift equipment, installations and project requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing specifications and pricing
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to accurately interpret plans, drawings and project documentation
• Confident communicating with clients and contractors
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites
