• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: build genuine connections and uncover customer needs; provide tailored furniture and styling solutions; deliver accurate pricing, availability, and delivery information; resolve enquiries with professionalism.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: process orders, payments, and finance applications; maintain customer records and uphold compliance; support stock accuracy and store operations.
