Focus on Furniture Pty is seeking a Part Time Sales Consultant who loves talking to people and helping them find furniture that fits their home. You’ll turn conversations into confident purchases through friendly, knowledgeable service and a willingness to go the extra mile.

This part-time role offers an average of 20 hours per week, with availability required across weekdays and weekends. You’ll contribute to achieving store targets and developing product knowledge while supporting a busy

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and get to know what they’re looking for.
• Ask the right questions and recommend furniture and styling solutions that suit their home, lifestyle and budget.
• Share helpful, accurate advice about our products, pricing, availability and delivery.
• Follow up quotes and enquiries and help customers feel confident in their choice.
• Look after customer enquiries with care and a practical, can-do approach.
• Work towards individual sales, conversion and productivity targets.
• Close sales and introduce customers to relevant add-ons, packages and finance options.
• Follow up leads and quotes to maximize opportunities.
• Support merchandising, displays and store updates to keep the showroom looking its best.

We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant who loves people, enjoys a good conversation and has a natural ability to turn “just looking” into “that’s the one”.

What you’ll be doing

Help customers find “the one”

• Welcome customers and get to know what they’re looking for
• Ask the right questions and recommend furniture and styling solutions that suit their home, lifestyle and budget
• Share helpful, accurate advice about our products, pricing, availability and delivery
• Follow up quotes and enquiries and help customers feel confident in their choice
• Look after customer enquiries with care and a practical, can-do approach

Turn great conversations into great results

• Work towards your individual sales, conversion and productivity targets
• Confidently close sales and introduce customers to relevant add-ons, packages and finance options
• Follow up leads and quotes to make the most of every opportunity
• Celebrate the wins while always keeping the customer experience front and centre

Keep things running smoothly

• Process orders, payments and finance applications accurately
• Keep customer information and records up to date
• Help maintain stock accuracy and support the Day-to-day running of the store
• Pitch in with merchandising, displays and store updates so the showroom always looks its best

• Work together to achieve store goals and deliver a great customer experience
• Bring positive energy and a willingness to lend a hand
