Hunter Isuzu, part of Eagers Automotive, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and closing deals. You will coordinate all activities from sale to delivery, present vehicle features and finance options, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Ideal candidates bring automotive or retail sales experience, strong communication, and a professional, solutions-focused mindset.

• Previous sales experience, ideally in automotive or retail, with a focus on consultative selling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and guide customers through their purchase.
• Confident presenting features, technology, and finance options to customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, professional, and solutions-focused.
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights.

Our ideal Sales Consultant is a highly organised person with excellent negotiation and closing skills, who genuinely enjoys helping people.

Your job will be to coordinate all the activities associated with the sale and delivery of the vehicles you sell. Knowing and understanding the value of each step of our sales process is essential.

You also must present yourself professionally (in attire and attitude) and have the ability to nurture great relationships with both our existing and potential clients. Thrilling them with your responses to their requests, will be par for the course.

Our dealership is a fun and fast-paced environment, so you'll have to come up to speed quickly. You will be expected to meet the KPIs and sales targets we set for you. You'll also need to get on well with your co-workers and people in our other departments.
