Job summary

Glenvill Homes in Geelong is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to guide customers from enquiry through to sale, and to showcase our award-winning home designs at the Geelong display.

You will build a strong pipeline through lead generation, maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional journey while aiming to meet sales targets. Weekend availability is required to support showroom traffic.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential New Home Sales or Display Home Sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required.

• Guide customers through their new home journey from initial enquiry through to sale.
• Showcase Glenvill homes and help clients find the right design to suit their needs and lifestyle.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation and follow-up.
• Accurately capture and manage customer and lead information within company systems.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process.
• Work closely with internal Sales Coordinators and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Represent the Glenvill brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at our Geelong display location.

About You

• Proven experience in residential New Home Sales, Display Home Sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
• Highly motivated, self-driven and results focused.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player who values integrity, professionalism and accountability.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
