Job summary

The Jet Co is NSW's highest reviewed pressure cleaning company, serving residential and commercial clients from Marrickville. We seek a Sales & Client Relationship Associate who enjoys building relationships, converting enquiries, and guiding clients from enquiry to scheduling.

Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, developing long-term client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, relationship management, account management or another customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to build trust and convert enquiries into sales.
• Confidence using CRM systems and business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert opportunities coming into the business.
• Build and maintain client relationships across residential and commercial clients.
• Identify repeat and recurring service opportunities and cross-sell relevant services.
• Proactively conduct structured client acquisition activity 2–4 hours/week from Marrickville office.
• Maintain accurate client histories and CRM notes to inform scheduling and service delivery.
